Relief
There are 3 types of relief. Sunken, low, and high. My piece falls under the sunken relief category.
Sunken- the sculpture is carved into or receding into itself.
Low- the sculpture is raised a little bit.
High- the sculpture is raised a lot.
I chose to work with clay for this project because its easy to work with. I finished off with the paint so I could use a lot of colors. I am most proud of the way the moon turned out; its soooo smooth. If I could change one thing about my piece, I would make the grass a more realistic color and texture.
